SIGN UP FOR FALL SPORTS TODAY!
 
Fall Sports
Football begins Wed. Aug. 21st, 2024
Volleyball, Girls Swim, Girls Soccer, Cross-Country, and Boys Tennis begin Mon. Aug. 26th, 2024

The following documents and paperwork are due by August 21st.
*Football paperwork is due on August 16th
  1. Valid & Up to date Sports Physical
     Reminder: Sport Physicals are good for 2 years from the date listed on Skyward 
     
  2. Complete the (3) Rank One Eligibility Paperwork Online - needed for every school year
    • Informed Consent 
    • Questionnaire 
    • Emergency Contact
       
  3. Health Forms
    The following ESD Health Forms are required for students who have a life threatening allergy or need medication administered at school

  1. Clear any Fines or Fees - use the ESD Online Payment Site to view fines

    ***Starting on September 1st, you may pay for your ASB and Sports Fees***
     

  2. Pay for ASB Card - required for athletes trying out and participating in sports
     

  3. Pay for Sports Specific Participation Fee - can be paid after cuts are made
     

All completed forms/paperwork can be submitted to the Athletic Director, Andrew Prichard.
