Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Registration Form     

Volunteer service hours are not required by the school, and do not need to be turned in. Students that complete 90+ Volunteer hours can choose to turn in their fully completed forms to the Career Center for up to .5 elective credits.

Volunteer service for credit must be approved by College & Career Specialist prior to completing hours. Forms turned in without prior approval may be declined for credit.

  • Concern for Neighbors Food Bank- Volunteers needed on Monday's to sort food. Contact Concern for Neighbors Food Bank for more information. 

  • Habitat for Humanity, Snohomish County has a mission to build, repair and restore affordable homes. See the volunteer opportunities specifically for youth. Contact Genevieve Hewitt, Volunteer Engagement Manager at volunteer@habitatsnohomish.org

  • Holly House is a children's holiday gift program providing gifts and necessities for low-income children in Snohomish County, Washington.

  • LHS Boosters - Each winter holiday season, LHS Boosters staff the Gift Wrapping station outside of Macy's at Alderwood Mall. To volunteer please email: President@lhsroyalboosters.com

  • Lifelong AIDS Alliance - Lifelong AIDS Alliance is currently looking to expand our volunteer base and would love to add students to their list of current volunteers! Lifelong has a variety of opportunities and are particularly looking for food delivery drivers. They also welcome groups and also provide service learning opportunities.   • Lynnwood Food Bank seeks volunteers to help with food sorting and distribution.

  • Seattle Children's Hospital seeks students the age of 16 and older as volunteers in a variety of programs. Visit their site to learn more.

  • Sno-Isle Libraries have volunteer opportunities at most branches. Book Review Writing is one way to serve the library and earn volunteer hours.

  • Sno-King Youth Club - Youth Sport Referees. Basketball and Flag Football.

  • Swedish Hospital Edmonds (formerly Stevens Hospital) - Junior Volunteer Program is an opportunity to work in admitting, at information desks, in the Gift Shop, in patient care areas or in the emergency department. Apply online or call the Volunteer Service Line (425) 640-4341 to learn more.
